Returns

-Ready to use henna cones are not eligible for refunds because they are perishable items!

In the case of non-perishable items there is a 7 day period. After 7 days it is no longer allowed to be refunded. 

Lost Packages

We are not held responsible once we ship items. once orders are with the mail carrier it is there responsibility if packages are lost and are the ones held responsible if a customer does not receive their package. 

Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 48 hours of ordering! Just email us your order number at sales@hennawithatwist.com
